COUNTRY MUSIC TELEVISION VICE PRESIDENT OF THE DUKES OF HAZZARD INSTITUTE

In May 2005, Christopher Nelson won a nation-wide writing competition to become Country Music Television’s Vice President of the Dukes of Hazzard Insitute. His campaign website slickforvp.org and a very shallow pool of talent contributed to his landslide victory. In exchange for $100,000 cash, CMT required that he watch the TV show, write a blog, shill on morning talk shows and basically kick back. Blog Archive
